Following your session, you’ll receive a detailed quote within five business days, and a 50% deposit will secure the creation of your piece.

With your design refined, we begin the search for the perfect gemstone - one that captures your story and aesthetic.

Our team will source stones based on your unique specifications, drawing from our network of trusted partners.

You may also choose from our curated in-house collection of ethically sourced gemstones, each selected for its rarity and character.

Once your gemstone is chosen, we translate your vision into a tangible form through detailed 3D renderings of your design.

You’ll have the opportunity to review and refine every element until it feels unmistakably yours.

When you’re ready, we’ll request your final approval before moving forward to the creation phase.

Your design is then entrusted to our Melbournian artisans, whose precision and craftsmanship bring your piece to life.

Each element is shaped, set and polished by hand - a process that takes up to four weeks to complete.

This stage transforms concept into reality, fusing artistry with enduring quality.

Your bespoke piece is now ready - a reflection of your story, realised in precious form.

At this stage, the remaining balance will be due before collection or dispatch.

For clients in Melbourne, your piece can be collected in person. For our global clientele, we offer complimentary insured worldwide shipping.
